Payment
Cash, debit/credit cards, and bank ACH are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Aurora & Co. Sleepovers does not refund any cancellations, but events can be rescheduled for emergencies. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you another date based on availability.
Security Deposit
A $150 (non-refundable) deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date and theme. The remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay 3 days prior will result in cancellation of your party. If payment is not received or the date is not rescheduled, the security deposit will be forfeited. .
Damages
Aurora & Co. Sleepovers is not responsible for damage or loss of inventory once placed at an event location. Any severely damaged or lost items will result in a fee equal to its replacement.
Aurora & Co. Sleepovers is not responsible for injures or accidents resulting from misuse of equipment and inventory. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. No children under age 2 should be permitted on our beds or in the teepees at any time for safety reasons. Please refrain from using items in our tents that will stain or damage our inventory (e.g. dirty feet, shoes, paint, markers, nail polish, makeup, colored drinks, food, sharp objects, or slime products). The display trays in front of the tent are meant as décor and to hold any “extras” or favors the client may add to their package. Please do not use them for arts & crafts. Fancy or decorative pillows are for decoration only and may not be used. Party guest are expected to provide their own pillow for sleeping.
Beds and teepees are for indoor use only and must be kept away from heat sources (fireplaces, heaters, and open flames). Do not hang anything on or over the teepees other than what is provided with the theme package. Please keep the designated celebration area smoke and pet-free.
Delivery Area / Travel Fee
All celebrations delivered within Fairbanks, AK or North Pole, AK are included at no additional cost. Deliveries outside our area, if available, will incur a travel fee of $2.40 per mile. Base access is not currently available without sponsorship.
On rare events that are caused by factors outside out direct control, including but not limited to weather, traffic condition, road closure, lack of access to delivery address, treacherous driveways, or incorrect address provided on at the time of booking, we will attempt to contact the booking party. In the event of delay, we will also make every effort to contact and notify you.
Acknowledgement of
Space Requirements
An adult (18) years or older must be present for set up and break down. Please clean and clear the area for the set up of all furniture prior to our arrival time. Our Dream Team cannot move furniture - no exceptions.
We reserve the right to cancel the event without a refund if:
The celebration area is not clean and clear upon our arrival - we cannot move furniture
Any environmental safety concerns are present
Adequate space for your celebration set-up is not provided
We can arrange the teepees in many different configurations to make them fit in most spaces. Not sure? Just send us a photo of the space with the measurements and we can help plan the best configuration for the space.
However, it is the client's responsibility to be sure the space is large enough to accommodate all teepees reserved.
